Descripton:
This is an original antique 36-star United States “flag waver” Civil War era flag. The flag has a “scattered” or "dancing" star configuration, with the stars not uniformly orientated on the canton but rather tilted in different directions and spaced slightly irregularly to give the flag a very unique look. Each row of the canton has six stars for a six by six configuration.
